Le finestre rotte con, i vetri sporchi, il pavimento traballante e la cucina sporca con formiche ovunque, sono cose che possono essere tranquillamente riviste per avere un punteggio anche pari a 10

Nice and priceworthy apartment excellently situated with access to shops, restaurants and Underground stations. Very comfy bedsofa. Easy to get the keys to the apartment. Staid with two grandchildren and they liked the place.

Overall the flat is nice and spacious for a family. It has everything needed for a few nights stay. The location is close to public transport and full of restaurants and supermarkets.

1. No hot water, just barely warm. It was not possible to take a proper shower throughout the whole stay of 3 nights. I was said that it's because of some issues with house boiler but tbh I don't care. For this price and for this length of stay, there should be hot water or a partial refund. 2. The windows do not fit into the frames so there's a constant flow of cold air from the street. I understand all the points about "this is an old house" but this is just a poor maintenance in my opinion. 3. There is no central heating on, although there is a radiator in the main room.
