Perfectly Styled Urban Retreat in Southbank

Location fantastic. Comfy beds Roomy unit.

Nothing I didn’t like. Only slight issue was the second bathroom had hair in the shower from previous people. And the main living area curtain is broken and was difficult to slide across.partly coming off its tracks as well. Also key drop off needs to be eaiser.

A coffee machine would have finished it off but within a minutes walk good coffee shops.

The photos do represent the apartment. The place has plenty of space for 2 couples. The bedrooms have closet space and room to get around. The main bedroom is big with plenty of room to move and store luggage. The windows give a fabulous view, and the curtains are thick to block out the light. The kitchen is equipped with enough equipment to cook and cater. The lounge has plenty of couches, and the views are amazing. The decor is great, and it definitely has a homey feeling. The main bathroom is large, and it was great to have a washing machine and dryer on hand. It was also good to have an airer for use. Collecting the keys was easy, and the instructions gave us plenty of notice. The location is excellent with everything so close by. The pool, gym, and tennis court are great to have access to for use. We appreciated the late check-out we were given, as we had a late flight.

Although one bed is a king, the mattress is a bit soft. We were given only one set of keys, but for a cost, we could get another set. Communication was generally really good; however, it did take 2 days to receive the keys, which left us a little inconvenienced. We discovered upon arrival that several dishes were not clean and needed to be put through the dishwasher. The rest of the place was clean and tidy.
