The apartment has everything we needed and more - pots and pans, cleaning materials, washing detergent, etc. Strong wifi. Questions were answered promptly. Coordination was smooth. The keys were picked up / dropped off in a lockbox onsite, which was very convenient. The location was terrific - just across the tram station and next to many eateries!
This is very minor - there weren't instructions (that we could find) on how to use the induction oven and the dishwasher. But we figured it out ourselves easily enough, and I think if we had contacted the properly office, they would have responded promptly.

Spacious and modern. Right in middle of restaurant district and close to all the sites
Bed was hard, pillows too soft - not a goldilocks choice
