The location overlooking Colla Pier and the islands beyond of Long Island and Cape Clear, is superb. The house is very well appointed with all facilities working and modern. The kitchen and eating area are spacious and comfortable and the lounge a great place to read, relax or just look out to sea.
If we had one quibble its the creaking floor above the downstairs bedroom which, if the upstairs occupant is moving about, makes for a noisy interlude. The garden, whilst attractive needs a little more maintenance.

There was nothing we disliked although there were some minor details that were peculiar to us. For example the One with mobility issues and the walk from car a little unsteady.

Location, location, sunny days, facing South East for the morning sun, quietness, house interior, chatting to the locals down at the pier, walking into town
minor detail: Had to follow up for door code and poor phone reception had us anxious for a few moments. Was challenged by the fire and the flue's so gave up as a little more warmth would have been handy in the evenings. Prior to our usage looked like others had tried in the past re partial burnt wood already in the combustion fire place.
