Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, um Athen zu erleben. Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und angenehm kühl. Schlüsselübeegabe mit Schlüsselkasten problemlos.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter wird über eine KI bedient in der üblichen Qualität. Wenn man etwas genauer wissen muss, muss man sehr deutlich werden, damit ein Mensch mit einer hilfreichen Antwort antwortet. Das Badezimmer ist klein und eng. Das ist für größere Menschen etwas unbequem.

Nice, quiet and spacious apartment in a safe area in Athens. We stayed in June and it was hot, but the AC worked really well, which made the stay really comfortable. There is AC in the bedroom and living room.
There were some roaches in the bathroom, which was gross. The ceiling in the bathroom (when you're in the shower) is really low. I'm only 5'5 (165cm) and felt like the ceiling was right on top of my head. The area isn't the most convenient for exploring Athens.

Το ένα από τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια έχει καλό στρώμα. Το άλλο έχει στρώμα με ελατήρια, όχι πολύ βολικό.
Στο σπίτι υπάρχει μια άσχημη μυρωδιά σε όλους τους χώρους η οποία δεν φεύγει ακόμη κι αν αερίσεις για ώρα. Το μπάνιο είναι παλιό και γεμάτο μούχλα στο ταβάνι. Το ένα δωμάτιο έχει εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα η οποία μυρίζει έντονα υγρασία. Η οικοδομή είναι πάρα πολύ παλιά, δεν έχει ασανσερ και το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο 2ο όροφο.
