In der letzten Märzwoche war es draußen noch sehr frisch. Die Wohnung hat überall Fußbodenheizung, Klasse 👍🏼 Die Beleuchtung in den Räumen ist sehr gut gelöst. Egal ob zur Essenszubereitung, am Esstisch, zum Filmabend oder Spieleabend, immer findet sich schnell der passende Lichtschalter. Als Selbstversorger fanden wir die vorgefundene Küchenmaschine Klasse, haben uns so Pizzateig selbst machen können. 👍🏼 Anfangs funktionierte dasInternet aufgrund eines Fehlers im ganzen Straßenzug nicht, der Vermieter hat sehr gut mit uns kommuniziert und bei den Firmen alles in die Wege geleitet so dass der Fehler schnell behoben war.

Die Lage im Erdgeschoss an der frequentierten verkehrsberuhigten Straße macht die Terrasse im Sommer nur eingeschränkt Nutzbar. Da schaut ein jeder Spaziergänger aus 2m Abstand auf den Frühstück- Kaffeetisch. Die Bodentiefen Fenster der Wohn und Schlafräume haben aber guten einstellbaren Sichtschutz.
