The flat was very centrally located in Hirtshals and when I arrived, I had to call Dennis who helpfully provided me with the key code that Booking.com had failed to do. Place was clean and cozy given it was incredibly windy and cold.

Not so much the property but the service Booking.com provides which is, to say the least, lacking and haphazard.
