Postel je sice rozkládací pohovka, ale velmi kvalitní a robustní. Vysocí lidé s ní nebudou mít problém. Místo před záchodovou mísou dostatečné, lidé vyšší 190 cm se předkloní do koupelny. V bytě je pračka. Obchod s potravinamy je kousek od hlavního vchodu. V pracovním týdnu je ulice v noci klidná. Parkování zdarma v ulici hned před domem, pokud máte štěstí i s výhledem na zaparkované auto. Pokud v ubytování trávíte jen noc a přes den výletíte po okolí, je ubytování naprosto dostačující.
Parkovací místo po 21:00 v pracovním týdnu nenajdete. Nevhodné na celodenní homeoffice - psací stůl malý, židle nouzová, naměřená rychlost internetu 1,8 Mbit/s download, 0,41 Mbit/s upload, 92 ms odezva.

Byt byl čistý, uklizený, předání klíčů - bez závad.
Na parapetu popelník s vajgly. Byt byl cítit po kuřácích (prý nekuřácký pokoj). Sice bylo čisto a uklizeno ale byl cítit kouř – toho se vyvětráním nezbavíte. Ale co, potřeboval jsem jen přespat jednu noc (i tak mi načichly věci) - víc nocí bych nedal.
