Sunsets from the balcony, proximity to beach and stores/restaurants, overall comfort
Would have liked to know that the pool opens June 1st. We were there for a month just before it opened and the pool was a main reason for booking. We also never figured out how the AC worked but since it wasn’t 100% necessary during our stay it wasn’t too much of a problem.

La terraza tan amplia que tiene, me ha encantado !! El colchón muy bien, el sofá cómodo y la cocina con lo necesario para cocinar y demás. La piscina comunitaria muy cuidada y limpia. Y el que tenga parking facilita la estancia. La playa se puede ir andando porque está a 2 min. y el centro de la ciudad a 15 min .
La almohada demasiado floja, la mejoraría. Un detalle también es que a la hora de limpiar solo había un palo que teníamos que ir cambiándole el fregon y el cepillo de barrer.

Inmobiliaria TERRASOL seria y muy servicial. Muchas Gracias por todo Sr. Enrique. Apartamento Ático en AV. Andalucía, 26 (edif. TORRELITORAL) completo con una amplia terraza, muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila a 10 min. andando del centro neurálgico de Torre del Mar, el Paseo Larios, el centro del Paseo Marítimo y a 5 min. en coche del centro comercial El Ingenio. Muy recomendable.
