Very spacious and very clean.
The stairs up to the top floor are difficult especially with suitcases but that can’t be helped so doesn’t impact rating.

Owners were Most accomodating, Property is in a great location land ovely big character property. Had everything you need for a break. Good secure rear garden for our dog.
Bedrooms were good size and lovely front of house double bedroomon on 2nd floor only thing is spiral stairs to 3rd floor is not great especially if have any mobility issues so we couldn't use bedroom with bath in room.

Property has a huge character. It is situated on a nice quiet area, garden is enclosed and nice size (probably not the best option for small breeds owners as gates are quite gappy) Kitchen is stunning and really spacious, had everything I needed.
None of the doors apart from main bedroom were shutting properly. Windows with the blinds had a gap at the bottom, so people passing by can see right trough

The bedrooms were very nice very comfortable bed lovely bedding the overall size of the house was perfect for our family.
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired especially the kitchen we had to clean the oven before we could use it the sink was dirty not enough utensils. There was no working carbon monoxide alarm the fire alarm at the top of the stairs was flashing red the carpet on the first step right at the top of the stairs was loose bulbs missing in the kitchen.
