Kalamata Garden Haven - Escape Amidst Greenery

La maison est bien équipée, spacieuse et à proximité du port.

La route qui passe à proximité est très bruyante, compliqué de profiter du jardin dans ces conditions. La base aérienne à côté était également très active lors de notre séjour.

Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο καθαρό σε κάποια σημεία, αν θα έπρεπε να πω κάτι για βελτίωση! Την τελευταία ημέρα, αν και μετά από επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη, μείναμε λίγο παραπάνω από το check out, είχε αρκετή φασαρία από διπλανά διαμερίσματα.

Really great private house with 2 rooms (door closes between the bedroom and the living area where the sofa bed is)! Beautiful private garden. Access to a washing machine (and drying rack on the patio). The location is excellent. Parking is always available on the street immediately in front of the house. A/C worked great. Good water pressure. Good mattresses/sheets/pillows. It's an easy 3-block walk to a lovely beach (that is not very crowded). Fantastic mountain views. It's a 5-min drive to shops and about 7-min drive to the busier part of town or the Kalamata Paralia (seafront/beach). The host was very helpful. His family lives behind the property, so when we needed sheets, his very helpful mom popped over with newly ironed sheets.

Host does not communicate particularly well in English. Google translate helped. Also, no trash pick-up during the stay. Our small garbage cans were overflowing by the time we left (Day 5).

Było świetnie i komfortowo. Plaża blisko, apartament miał wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Centrum miasta, jak widać na mapie, jest w pewnej odległości , co dla nas było atutem. Można podjechać albo przejść. Super wypoczynek, wart polecenia. Już kombinuję kiedy wziąć urlop i tutaj wrócić.
