The Heritage Room serves as a cozy library and lounge with books and board games and also features a queen-size Murphy bed for additional sleeping flexibility. The living room is open and comfortable, with ample seating for the full group. The fully equipped kitchen includes a countertop ice maker and all the tools needed to prepare meals for large gatherings.

House Rules

Minimum age to book: 25 years. Dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $75 per stay (maximum 2 dogs; no cats or other pets).  Please report any damages that occur during the stayGuests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Smoking is permitted outside only. Security cameras are located at the front door exterior, backyard exterior, garage, and laundry room; cameras covering the hot tub and garage include privacy covers for guest use.
