Escape to our Luxe 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, mountain retreat, where breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley meet modern comfort and endless entertainment. Whether you're a ski enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful escape, this home has something for everyone. Enjoy year-round comfort with dual-zone heating and cooling, featuring separate HVAC systems for the upstairs and downstairs. For your convenience, the home includes two washers (pre-loaded with detergent) and two dryers. Fabric softener and liquid chlorine bleach provided.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor and a second kitchenette downstairs—Gather around the dining table for a hearty feast or step outside to the balcony for an alfresco dining experience with a breathtaking backdrop.  Perfect for preparing family meals or late-night snacks after a day of adventure. Each guest will find their own corner to relax and recharge, ensuring everyone feels right at home.

Traveling with a larger group or unavailable for your dates? We host several nearby Salt Lake City homes that may be available for the same trip, including three homes within about a 5-minute walk of each other and a larger luxury estate about a 5-minute drive away. This setup can work well for wedding groups, family reunions, ski trips, and multi-family stays needing more bedrooms, beds, parking, or shared gathering space. Therefore: The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. This is NOT a place for loud Parties of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of drugs of any kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Events are NOT allowed. Unauthorized gatherings or violation of these rules will result in a minimum fine of $10,000, plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities and termination of your stay. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.
