☀ $95 fee for driveway and patio snow removal, calculated at the end of your stay. Shovels are available for self-removal. Snow must be cleared by 11-11:59 am to avoid the fee. If snow persists, the fee applies. The fee also applies for snow removal every 12 hours during all-day snowfall.
☀Place most towels in the washing machine, add detergent, and start the cycle. Clean any excessive messes to prevent extra cleaning fees. Please also return toys, books, and table games to their designated spots.
☀ Late check-out fees are as follows: $100 for the first hour, $200 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

Our first impression of Mill Creek Villa was a little deceptive. The outside front of the house does not give the correct impression of what the inside of the house is like. If you walk in from the garage entrance, there is a laundry room and half bath immediately on your left With a full washer and dryer set. There’s also an additional full-size washer and dryer in the garage as well as a full-size refrigerator. The kitchen has been updated beautifully and has an eating area off the left to the right of the kitchen is another full-size dining table and living room with a huge TV. The whole back of the upstairs is covered in windows and sliding glass doors which leads to a beautifully furnished deck. The views from the deck are beautiful in the morning, but especially evening and night. If you follow the hall around to the bedrooms, it leads you to a guest room that has a full size bunk bed on bottom twin on top. There is a full bathroom across the hall. At at the end of the hall is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. It has a comfortable size bed three full-size closets, a sitting area with a desk and the full bathroom with two sinks, and jetted bathtub/shower combo. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with two bunks one is twin over twin and the other is full on bottom twin on top. There’s also a smaller bedroom with a full size bed. There’s a full bathroom that those two bedroom share. Around the corner is a generous sized bedroom that has two queen size beds and it’s own full bathroom. Also downstairs is another full kitchen with full-size appliances and a connecting Den with sofa and TV. There is a game table in front of glass doors that leads to another downstairs deck, which has an outdoor table setting and full hot tub/Jacuzzi the yard is smaller, but does have a fire pit with chairs around it and it is big enough for a few games to be played. All the rooms were decorated nicely and tastefully. I heard no complaints about the beds being uncomfortable and there were more than enough extra pillows and blankets. I am big on cleanliness and found no issues with anything that didn’t look clean or that seemed dirty. The only thing I can even find to say that isn’t positive is the stairs are pretty steep. And two hiccups we had was the gas tank on the gas grill was empty, but with an hour of contacting our host, he was there with a full tank to swap it out. The washer inside wasn’t working but a repairman came while we were there and was in the process of getting it fixed. I can’t in this review without mentioning our host, Roger. He was the most accessible thoughtful host we’ve ever had. He left a welcome box full of fruit. The first day we were there. It was absolutely unbelievable, but as if that wasn’t enough, he brought more fruit, including a watermelon, pineapple berries, etc. midweek. If I had any questions, he was quick to answer and never left me wondering what we needed to do. We have stayed in a lot of houses over the years and this was definitely by far at the top of our list.

I have never used Red Awning and was a little apprehensive. We had the most wonderful experience from beginning to end with this Home and company. Don’t let the pictures of the front of the house discourage you. The house is as big as it is portrayed on the description. It is a split level with main kitchen, dining and living area plus a bunk bedroom with bathroom across the hall and master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a half bath connected to it on off the kitchen. There’s also a refrigerator and washer and dryer in the garage, so two washers/dryer sets. The whole back of the upstairs is covered with windows and sliding glass doors, leading to upper deck. The deck is furnished with ample seating and the views are just beautiful from the shade covered mornings to perfect sunsets, and city lights evenings! Downstairs is another play area then and another complete kitchen and den. The bedrooms down there consist of the full size bedroom plus a bunk room with two beds. One bunk has a queen size on bottom they share a bathroom. To the right down the hall is the bedroom with two queens that has its own bedroom. Out the back of that level is another deck with a table set and a fire pit in the yard with chairs, around it. There’s also a hot tub jacuzzi on the deck. I am a germaphobe and the house looked clean enough for even me not to have to worry or clean more. We rent houses quite frequently and this one is one of the most well appointed places we’ve stayed. They had plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, laundry, dish and dishwasher detergent, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, condiments, spices, etc., the list goes on. I would have liked if there had been access to a vacuum, mop, and a general cleaning spray, to tidy up during our stay. But that the worst comment I can make. The house looks just as nice and pretty as pictures in the listing. And I can’t end the review without mentioning our host Roger. Absolute best ever that went above and beyond. The only hiccup was that the gas tank on the gas grill was empty. We reached out to him and he had a replacement one at the house within an hour. He also brought by a welcome gift of a crate of the most delicious fruit, I’m talking berries citrus apples bananas melons, not once, but twice, during our stay! We were blown away! Would definitely pick this house again without hesitation!
