Central, bellamente acondicionado y P, por lo mismo, muy agradable.

La cama un poco dura.

La seguriad del espacio y estaba cerca de centros comerciales, movilización, centros de salud, bancos y restaurantes, es excelente.

No hubo nada que no me gustara.

El departamento es muy bonito, está muy bien decorado, la ubicación excelente, muy bien equipado y es muy acogedor.

* We felt very safe thanks to the gated complex with a key tag and door code access. * Close to the city center, about a 20-25 minute walk to a large supermarket, with two smaller ones directly across from the apartment. * Two separate bathrooms. * Nicely decorated apartment. * Comfortable beds and a cozy couch. * A pleasant location — it doesn’t feel like you’re staying right in the city center. * Good washing machine; laundry was done quickly and came out very clean. * The rooms warmed up quickly with the portable heaters.

* Check-in was quite unclear & disorganized, there is no reception and we did not see our host our stay. We had asked in advance if we could check in at 12 PM instead of 3 PM, which was confirmed. However, when we arrived at the address, nobody was there to meet us (although according to the host, someone should have been). Due to personal circumstances, the person who was supposed to meet us arrived later, but this was never communicated to us. As a result, we had to wait outside on a bench with our luggage for about 30 minutes. And after we found out the appartment number and checked it, the previous guest was still in the apartment at 12 PM (checkout is at 10am). He let us in so we could store our luggage and after we contacted the host and the person we were supposed to wait, we then had to wait another 30-40 minutes inside the apartment before someone arrived. Both the host and the person who explained everything to us, apologized for the situation. * The payment process for the apartment was somewhat unclear. We had booked using a credit card reservation, but were later asked to pay via PayPal or bank transfer instead. * The shower temperature was difficult to get warm, adjust and keep consistent. During every shower, the water heater stopped working after a very short while and we had to turn on the kitchen tap to get hot water running again in the shower. (It may be time for a replacement of the heating element in the kitchen?) * The bedroom curtains let in quite a lot of light, so a sleep mask is recommended. * The WiFi was ok, but sometimes cut out shortly and then it came back. The router was right next to the bed. * Parts of the floor were loose and moved when walked on. * We missed having a plug for the kitchen sink drain. * The plants really needed some love and especially water, some plants were almost dead.
