Clean and has washer and dryer. Very well equipped and new pots and pans
Uphill narrow path having to give way to upcoming traffic makes it stressful to use the car every time to get down to town. Reversing 3-4 times uphill each time caused my fairly new rental VW SUV to burn the gearbox and had to replace the car eventually. Very nice neighbour lady helped me the last time cos she saw my car smoking and took pity on me. Nice Romanian thank you.

Very quiet and scenic area, with views of Tampa. Surprisingly well organized, very practical and a good fit for the indoor time I had to spend working by the window, with clean air, the sun, and much nature all around. Still, a short walk from Piata Sfatului, with the nice abrupt change of levels that may bother some but worked well for me. Very responsive hosts, seamless check-in and -out. The place is spotless and like it has just been renovated with quality features.

Nice and cozy apartment perfect for 2 persons for whom the main choice is to have something nice for sleep and lovely mornings. The pictures are reflecting exactly the location and it’s features.
Locations is on a heal so those who are considering to reach it by walk have to consider to climb a bit on the return.

Un apartament foarte fain , aproape de centrul vechi .Curat , cochet , frumos amenajat , atentie la detalii , utilat cu tot necesarul. (produsele de la baie miros tare bine) si nu in ultimul rand foarte sigur.
