Exclusive London Apartment - Wembley Stadium, OVO Wembley Arena

The property was in that perfect location, took around 15 minutes to walk to Wembley Stadium meaning we were home within 20 minutes of the show finishing.

Sadly, the shower tray was cracked, which meant we kept catching our feet while showering. We also found that there was a charge for parking, despite the property advertising free parking. I completely understand that parking restrictions may apply on event days, but it would be helpful if this was clearly mentioned in the property description. We only found out two days before our stay, which caused unnecessary stress. Had the allocated parking space been unavailable, we would have had to scramble to find alternative parking at short notice, resulting in additional unexpected costs. A note in the listing about event day parking arrangements would help future guests plan ahead.

The hosts were great! Another accommodation cancelled our booking two hours before check-in on a concert day, and the hosts of this apartment were incredibly understanding and flexible! Everything else was great, too. You'll have a great stay with a trustworthy host that is great at communicating!

The location was great for Wembley stadium (20min walk) and Wembley park station (15min walk). The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean. We were upgraded to a slightly larger apartment which was more spacious and was made up nicely upon our arrival. It was good for what we needed it - somewhere to stay the night.

The communication with the host was poor. We agreed and paid for early check in a couple of weeks before the stay then didn't hear from the host again until 5 mins before the check in time. No confirmation payment was received (which was an addition for early check in, separate from the apartment payment to booking.com), how to pick up the keys, or the exact apartment number. We called, texted and messaged through booking.com but had no response until the 11th hour. The WiFi didn't work properly, was slow and intermittent. TV didn't connect to anything. Apartment needs tlc- damp on the bathroom door, in the bedroom bay, scratches on walls, radiators falling off walls.
