It was spacious. We enjoyed the pool area. The game room was nice. The contact person was always accessible. They answered all my questions in a timely manner.

This house has everything you need . Convenient location. Game room is awesome

We loved this location, the house, and all of the amenities. We had some issues on the first day with a toilet not working, but it was resolved after a few visits. We learned that the last guests flushed a hair clip that got stuck.

The only problem that I had was the communication; trying to get the toilet fixed and the heating of the pool/hot tub, I was being messaged via text, via messaging inside the booking app, and also email. Evidently, these messages aren't connected, so the information was getting lost, so I had to keep explaining myself. The last message via the booking app was requesting photos of the torn screen and slit in the lanai screen door, which I had already sent per the request via email. I simply refused to respond and told them to check their emails. It pretty much took up my first day there dealing with it. So I'd say this is minor but I don't like repeating myself when I'm always thorough in my communication. The balls for the skee ball machine were missing and had to be reordered. Our grandkids really wanted to play so we ordered our own from Amazon. But also minor. The other thing that I didn't like and this is only an FYI: I know check-out is at 10:00, but I DID NOT appreciate the cleaning crew standing at the door while we're loading up and trying to get out. And let me also add: they are NOT the best cleaners. In fact, two of them appeared to be kids. While we ALWAYS clean before settling in anywhere we go, we did the cleaning for them. MOST of the dishes were dirty, we removed water bottles from behind the master bed that were between the wall and the bed, clearly visible to someone actually cleaning, there were water bottles under the bed in a room upstairs, and it appeared the game room had not been touched. And just so you know, we moved the rug in the game room to cover a nail on the floor near the high-top table, that someone simply nail down instead of removing, and one of my grandsons stepped on it and that's how we
