Comfortable small apartment suitable for family of four, well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and basic amenities. Plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Quick message communication from the host helped answer our questions.
10 minute walk from Sannomiya station which can feel a bit far with luggage + small children in the rain.

Excellent location – just a short walk from the station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. The host was very friendly and responded to messages extremely quickly. The building has a secure entry system, which made me feel safe. It’s also convenient for getting a taxi to the airport.
There’s a fire station nearby, so you may hear sirens occasionally at night (though not constantly). The WiFi signal was unfortunately quite weak and unreliable at times.

This is a super clean ground floor two bedroom apartment with a good kitchen, dining and sofa area; and with an excellent bathroom and washer. Bed was comfy - I’m 187cm and my partner is 170cm. Really well located to Shinnamiya station. 7-11 konbini across the road. The owner was super helpful and prompt to respond.
