Погуляв по Батуми на 200% процентов убедилась в правильности своего выбора проживания в этих апартаментах. Самый жирный плюс - это 1 минута до моря, которое видно даже с кровати. Сам комплекс в котором они находятся небольшой, лифт приезжает быстро, есть кафешки, магазин. Он полностью готов и никакой стройки около него нет. Самолеты садятся рядом, но их не особо слышно. На пляже можно загорать на камнях, гальке, или лежаках в аренду. Комплекс находится в отдалении от центра, от суеты, то что мы искали. До центра города на такси 15 минут за 200р по Яндекс такси. Я осталась полностью удовлетворена как состоянием квартиры, так и расположением. Хозяин был всегда на связи, все вопросы решались быстро и оперативно. Спасибо большое! Однозначно рекомендую!

Отличное расположение, красивый вид на море, современное здание и комфортные апартаменты. Всё было чисто и уютно.
Нам всё понравилось, недостатков не заметили.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Апартаменты отличные!Чисто, уютно а вид из окна просто супер! Есть всё для комфортного отдыха, две недели пролетели незаметно.Отдельное спасибо Арсению , встретил всё объяснил, рассказал.Рекомендую 👍На следующий год, обязательно к вам приедем . Мы просто влюбились в этом место ❣️
