Kleine , aber gemütliche Wohnung, frisch renoviert mit allem was man braucht. Starkes w-LAN den man nur für sich hat. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, trotz vielen Einwohnern. Kapsel Maschine, Ambiente Beleuchtung, Kleiner Balkon mit Garten Möbel. Und sehr bequeme Matratzen. Schlüssel Übergabe über Schließfach, Einfahrt auch spät abends möglich. Fahrstuhl , obwohl ich ihn in die erste Etage nicht genutzt habe, ist dabei. Parkplatz könnte von der Länge her für VANS und 6 Meter Fahrzeuge zu kurz sein.
Trotzt der Hitze war kein Lüfter vorhanden 🤷‍♂️. Raucher aus Nachbarschaft machen das Wohlbefinden zu Nichte, weil man sogar Nachts trotz Ruhe die , Fenster nicht offen halten konnte !!!

Sauberes, kleines, sehr feines Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Durchdacht und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Sehr schöne Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die Wochnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war gut. Der Parkplatz war gut und ist notwendig in Bietigheim-Bissingen Die Wohnung ist nur für 2 Personen ausreichend. Wir werden wieder kommen. Eine Bushaltstelle war in der nähe.
