My stay was horrible and I’ll never stay there again.

There was nothing I liked about the property. It was false advertisement.

I killed 3 roaches in my room. And the tenants that lived n the hotel make a lot of noise at night.

The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance of the beach, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. With a little care and attention, it’s clear that the property could have great potential - some areas, like the bathroom layout and poolside setup, hint at what was once a pleasant place to stay.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean — there was a stain on the bedding, the floor left our socks black, and the bathroom, while it could have been nice, had mouldy silicone, holes stuffed with toilet paper, and bugs. The bed was uncomfortably high, the fridge made loud noises all night, and the general upkeep of the hotel felt poor. The swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked, was completely green, unusable, and surrounded by people smoking weed and throwing cigarette butts into the water. The hotel actually has a smoke shop next to the pool!! The atmosphere around the hotel didn’t feel welcoming or safe, and although the location was convenient, the overall environment was run down and not what we expected for the price. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay here again and would recommend paying a little more elsewhere for a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable experience.

The location seemed quiet and safe. It was a pretty view of the marina from our front door. The window coverings were not satisfactory. The blinds were broken and there wasn’t enough blackout curtains to cover the entire window, but for one night we dealt with it, no big deal. it was very clean. no sign of bugs anywhere there was new caulking around the tub. The shower was lovely with good hot water. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets soo soft & clean. There was no pillow for the twin bed, but we found them after the fact in the closet, but no pillow slips for them. The kitchenette was satisfactory. The refrigerator was nice and large. It was so easy Access I 95 for us to go home.

The window covering was inadequate. It was difficult to reach the owner. No contact number in the email that gave us the code to the door that was wrong. We struggled with it for an hour thinking it was our fault. We were tired and it ws difficult to find the contact number through booking.com. We finally stumbled on the phone number, otherwise we were gonna forget it & drive three hours home when we were exhausted. once contacted, the owner solved the problem, changed the code. we were able to get into our room, after over an hr. I would suggest with the email instructions, The owner would leave his contact number, so you don’t have to jump through all the hoops on the Booking.com app to try and find it. The condo is in a Knights Inn and the front desk has no contact number to reach the owner. I find that odd because if there were a fire in the building, everyone is at risk yet they have no way of contacting the owner. I found that extremely obstructive. everything could’ve been solved with one phone call.

Wonderful stay, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping.

The host replies to questions very rapidly through Booking.com messages. The place was spotless clean. It had all you need, utensils, dishes, microwave, fridge with freezer (we would freeze some water bottle for the next day trip to put in cooler, so the freezer works very well. The beds were comfortable, I slept in the big bed and daughter in law in the futon bed, there is also a 3rd mattress under the futon but we did not use it. There are beach towels and many other things for the beach. There is no key so you need to write down the code (given to you by the host in messages in booking.com), or screen shot it with your phone. We really enjoyed our stay. We at first were hesitant to book this place as there was only 1 review on booking.com, so we took a chance and we did not regret it at all. There is a parking pass and you can park either in the front or side of the building. We did not use the pool as we were there for our small non profit business. The condo is a very good size as we had 9 container bins spread out on the floor as we were packing donations we had received to be shipped by boat in Miami, I was impressed with the space we had to be able to do so.

The big bed is very high off the ground, so are other items such as coffee machine, it would be nice to have some kind of step ladder or a stepping stool to be able to reach more easily. I have arthritis so getting into bed was very difficult for me, but once in it, it was comfortable.
