Loved the gated community- if we weren’t at the beach - husband could fish and I was able to walk to the pool area and read , the neighbors were very friendly!
The king mattress was way mushy - it was a lot of sleepless nights till we went on the couch.
Also the toilet had a few issues-with flushing then running till you wiggled the handle.
Then when we would come in at the end of the day , the thumping, running, pounding and crying noises of the family above us were relentless.
