The location was very convenient, with plenty of good food options and shopping centres nearby.

The estate is quite old and appears to be under-maintained. On the night we arrived, there was a partial blackout in the carpark, which was not a great first impression. Inside the apartment, we noticed a large patch of mould above the toilet door in the master bedroom. While the toilets had been cleaned, there were rust stains on the drainage covers that looked very unappealing — I couldn't even bring myself to try wiping them off. The kitchen sink area had ants, and parts of the sink were rusty as well Considering the relatively low rental price, I’m giving this place 3 stars, but overall, I didn’t really enjoy my stay.
