Нормальная квартира. Да, старенькая, но чисто. Хозяин всегда на связи, очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Нам очень помог, так как мы впервые были в этой стране.
Требует ремонта, но на 1 ночь вполне себе приемлемо. У всех требования разные.

The apartment is really comfortable and feels like home after a week spent there. It doesn’t have the most modern design (it’s a bit more worn out than in the pictures), but it has everything you need - from iron and hair dryer to microwave oven and all the basic kitchen supplies. It is also quite comfortably located close to the riverside and the communication with the owner was good. It does have the AC as well.
Our only issue was that the mattress was too soft, but it’s a preference rather than a real requirement.
