Budynek, czystość, przestronność apartamentu, wejście na kod.
Pomimo aneksu kuchenno-barowego - brak sztućców (np łyżeczki do kawy), brak zlewu (kubki trzeba myć w łazience), brak kapsułek pomimo obecności ekspresu do kawy. Podatek turystyczny 10lei/2e nie był wliczony w cenę, trzeba dokonać opłaty przed uzyskaniem kodu do drzwi. Parking w budynku płatny 4lei za godzinę, mało darmowych miejsc do parkowania w okolicy, ale da się znaleźć

Die Lage!
Küche ohne Tisch, Besteck und Geschirr. 3 Tage lang ohne Bedienerin. (Man kann doch nicht jede Kleinigkeit online regeln.) Keine Klimaanlage! (Ich habe diesmal überlebt, kann mir aber nicht vorstellen wie es in Sommer sein wird.)

La vue, le confort, la communication avec le propriétaire étaient top. Il y a aussi un gardien à l’immeuble h24 ce qui est très rassurant.
Les services dans le RDC/ sous sol sont très chers 50€ la journée et 100€ par mois. On a pas pu en profiter .
