We loved the layout and private stoepie with small braai. Everything you need and easy access. Good value for money. (Bonus- we saw lions across the river)

They were not expecting us when we arived by 14h00. But after a quick "wild drive" we returned to a beautiful well sized suite. (Bonus... we saw lions across the river on our quick trip). 😉

Everything was great for someone that is staying there and visiting the Kruger Park. Close to everything, comfortable and clean.

If you’re staying long (we stayed for two weeks) the cupboard space is limited. I would suggest another shelf in the bedroom and a couple of hooks for jackets on the wall near the bathroom. The kitchen could do with a couple of cereal bowls and salad bowls.

Clean and easy to find.

The unit we stayed in was at John & Noleen’s place due to the problems we experienced at Illanga that the owner arranged for us. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the unit at John & Noleen’s: DSTV: The DSTV was not working properly. Only certain channels were available, and we were unable to watch the sport on Saturday. Appliances and kitchen equipment: The unit only had a bar fridge and did not provide basic appliances, cutlery, plates, utensils, or other kitchen necessities. We had to purchase everything ourselves. Swimming pool: The swimming pool was empty and could not be used. Shower: The shower temperature was extremely difficult to control. It was either very hot or cold, with no comfortable temperature in between. Bedroom: The mosquito net was full of dust and bugs and was not in a condition we felt comfortable using. Windows and privacy: The windows did not have proper curtains. They only had covers that could be zipped closed, but even when closed, you could still see outside and there was not adequate privacy. Overall, the unit was not properly equipped or maintained for guests, and we had to spend additional money ourselves on basic items that should reasonably have been provided Overall I won't go back to this place...
