Розташування, сервіс, привітний персонал, вид на річку. Але номери не доступні для людей у візках (багато сходів)
Сніданок входить до вартості номеру, але його приносять до номеру у пластикових боксах, що псує загальне враження від сніданку.

Дівчина адміністратор що була на зміні 21.08.2026 та зустрічала нас, вона також була на зміні 23.08.2026, спілкування з нею та сервіс який вона надає це 10/10
В номері все супер єдине чого не вистачило розеток біля ліжка (були порти USB type A, проте зарядка type c - type c, треба або розетка або відповідний порт)

Дуже все сподобалось, просто гарно, тихо і дуууже чистий номер( були з чоловіком в окремому будиночку)

Все нормально, окрім сніданків. Вони ніби просто підігріті, не свіжоприготовлені.
Погана звукоізоляція, величезні проміжки між вхідними дверима і підлогою, тобто всі в коридорі можуть чути розмови всередині кімнати. В номері є прибори лише на 1 прийом їжі, на наступний день вже їси руками) з прибиранням теж туговато, навіть не забрали брудний посуд протягом дня.
