Worth visiting for the unique experience, but some improvements to be made

The villa itself was impressive. The staff were very attentive, responsive and quick to help should you need anything. Location is not bad, about 20 minutes into central Ubud.

Place is definitely run down and in need of some maintenance/TLC. Our rainfall shower in the secret room didnt work, and some of the toys seemed a little bit outdated. The breakfast was advertised as a floating breakfast, and we put in a special request for a floating breakfast but it was just served downstairs. The orange juice was disappointing (like cordial rather than fresh juice).

It was absolutely beautiful! From the koi fish pond to the gorgeous bedroom and of course the fun red room, we loved all of it. The AC in the closed off rooms was really nice, and we loved being in the beautiful nature while it was raining. It was clean, well maintained, and the staff was very understanding when I had to reschedule my original booking date and accommodated me. Highly recommend, it’s my favorite bamboo villa I’ve stayed in in Bali✨

Overall great experience, but bigger pancakes please

Staff was great, accomodation as a whole was on point. The freshly grinded coffee beans made my caffeine addicted self very happy.

They charge way too much for the flower decorations. 450k for just the bed and they didn't even use that many actual flowers. The banana pancakes could also be bigger..

The venue and friendly staff.

Needs some maintenance work done, door handle to the room was hanging off. Jacuzzi water was yellow so a little off putting. The trap door had one of the hinges hanging off and was hard to open.

The administration is careless, and the staff is friendly because they know the carelessness that exists. In addition, we did not use the private room because it was dirty. In addition to the other objects, they should be more careful regarding hygiene since it smells too much like it has been used by other people and it is unpleasant. The staff is not attentive, nor does it comply with the stipulated times.

The place is super nice, spacious and with lot of different areas to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the projector was quite cool to watch series.

Is just not properly maintained. And is a pity because it looks as it was amazing in the past. It really need better cleaning and maintenance in general.

Beautiful location and scenery. Bamboo villa is really well designed and fun. Pool on roof is great, balcony and netting really nice. Main room with projector. Red room is a excellent to have access to.

very accommodating, had all what you need for an extended stay for a forest villa. Not deep in the forest per say but you come here for the "special" amenities for couples

its remote in away, if you need other things you need to order it in app if you dont want to go out of your way to get it, for example food delivers. But you are staying for the remoteness so you get what you get, has nothing to do with the villa.

Unique, memorable & fun!

The villa was absolutely huge, couldn’t believe we had it all to ourselves. The details and final touches here were amazing, from the dyson hair dryer to the timer on the shower and temperature as well as the kitchen appliances.

The place was good. Basic facilities all got.

Just a little annoyed with the dirty sink in shower room. And late breakfast delivery was really bad cuz we need to check out early.we order our breakfast at 7:30am but thy send to us at 8am. We’ve urged for several time. I even went to the front desk to ask for breakfast. Thy not only late to deliver our breakfast,but other ppl as well. Why? Because after thy delivery ours, there’s another couple shouting to the staff from the rooftop asking where’s their breakfast?

Fine if the playroom is all you booked for.

The play room was great. The staff were helpful, the area was quiet. The water refill station is fantastic, decent sized fridge. The villa is a cool layout.

Unfortunately coming into the property it smelt of manure. The main room aircon could not keep up. Was uncomfortable to sleep at night, it wasn’t very cool. The pool on top was not super private, everyone around could see you. Getting up there was extremely hot, burnt my feet trying to get in / out.

We had an amazing time here, we got a floating breakfast in a pool full of flowers - it was beyond our expectations 🙏 Great fun and memories in the Red room 🟥 the host was great and was very helpful 👍👍

La villa en elle même était très chouette, on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans une cabane de bambou au milieu de la jungle mais version luxe. Le lit était grand et confortable, la cuisine impeccable.

L’état du reste du lieu, soit l’entrée, le chemin pour aller aux villas, toutes les parties extérieures en sommes ont besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. On a eu un peu peur en arrivant mais vite rassurés en voyant le logement. C’est aussi un peu loin des restaurants et commerces mais proche de nombreuses cascades donc plus axé immersion en nature.

Otel şehir merkezine çok uzak, kahvaltı rezalet, her şey her yer pis. İlk gün önce odamızda su akmadı çalışana yazdığımızda hemen ilgilendi düzeltti ama duşta yarım saat suyun gelmesini bekledim. Ardından kahvaltıyı yukarıdaki jakuzide alalım dedik, yukarıdaki jakuzi pislik içindeydi. Motoru çalışmadığı için kocaman ölü sineklerle doluydu, kahvaltı gerçekten yenilecek gibi değildi. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Onun dışında otelin girişinde her yerde kocaman kurbağlar vardı… gece otele geç dönerseniz yürümek neredeyse imkansız.
