Great location, Ault is a cute little town and the place is right next to the sea and in the city center. Spacious with a nice terrace and garden to enjoy the sun and lots of toys for kids to play with. Clean and good communication with the owners.
Furniture and mattresses are a bit dated and some need replacement. The house is probably not well equipped for 10 people as it’s advertised for - for us as a family of 4 it was good. Kitchen lacks some utensils and there are only two toilets, one attached to the master bedroom so not ideal for a big group. We would have liked bigger towels and were missing some basics like soap but this we were warned about in the welcome message.

Très belle maison, fraîche par rapport à la température extérieure.
Grande capacité, peut accueillir 4 couples et 2 enfants.
Des jeux extérieurs et de société mis a disposition
Les draps et serviettes (assez petites) sont fournies, ce qui est un souci en moins.
Très propre.
Clés sous boîte mais des hôtes très aimables et arrangeants pour arriver plus tôt si le logement est prêt
Cela est précisé dans l'annonce, il est vrai que c'est très juste de rentrer avec la voiture.
Les voisins du dessus marchent un peu bruyamment la nuit.

Le logement est grand, propre, bien équipé, la localisation
Le frigo est trop petit pour la capacité d’accueil.
J’aurais aimé connaître la largeur de la porte avant de régler la location, car nous étions en voiture 9 places et niveau largeur ça ne passait pas sans raccrocher.

TOUT, ce gite est tres bien situé en plein coeur du bourg, et en meme temps, il est tres tranquille a l'abri du vent quand au large ca souffle fort, la terrasse est ensoleillée toute la journée et grande
