The view of the Nile from the living room is incredible. The host is very nice and responsive. They also accommodated a late check out which was very much appreciated. Zamalek is a wonderful area, very quiet and safe. The bedrooms are located on the back of the apartment so there is no noise from the Nile while sleeping. Mattress very comfortable.
A part of the living room, the rest of the apartment felt very neglected. The kitchen had dirty drawers, oven, and cups, while the bathrooms were in need of a deep clean with mould and grime. There was dust under the furniture. The property needs to meet cleanliness standards for the price of a 5-star hotel.

The decor and the space
Bathrooms and Kitchen are old and need a complete renovation. There is limited supply of hot water and one needs wait after each use. Beds and quilts provided are queen size and not comfortable for two people.
