    My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. I was unable to check into the room type I had originally booked. The hotel claimed it was a system error and offered me a complimentary breakfast as an apology, which I reluctantly accepted since I couldn't find another place to stay. Upon arrival, I had difficulty finding any staff to assist with check-in. After walking around for a while, I discovered the employees chatting at the entrance, which was unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was very unhappy with the room type I ended up in. This experience left a negative impression on me regarding the hotel. Overall, I do not recommend staying here and I certainly will not return. The hotel's claim of a system error seems more like an excuse than a genuine issue.
