    The apartment is not with ocean view. There’s no hot spring! The only thing good is it is spacious! The facilities in the room are in bad condition. Once you enter the room, there’s strong bad smell! Very bad experience.

    My partner and I loved this place. It’s a little bit of a walk from the station, but I have to say their baths totally made up for that. It was a sodium bicarbonate bath and it was phenomenal. I think my skin felt so refreshed after a beautiful bath with a gorgeous view at night. The bed and couch were both nice and their streaming services are free to use. We used disney +, netflix, and youtube.

    Simply put, still a nice place to stay for the price, but don't expect it to be as nice as the pictures which I don't understand. Stayed at the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony - Non-Smoking. Images have a lot of small lights and items that were either missing or broken that would've given it a cozy vibe. The main room lights were also replaced with these harsh white LED/CFLs which turns it into an office room and now a cozy spot (kept those off) They could easily add a lot of value to this place with just 1000 ntd. Highly recommend they spend it. AC works well, fridge works. Secondly, parking instructions were different than actual AND they charge for it (200ntd a night). Not much, but when listing says it includes it and previous reviews say it's free and the staff doesn't understand how any of it works. It's for a very poor experience. There's plenty of street parking (and it seems anywhere there's a white line that block a driveway you can park there) Which we figured out on the second day and just did that instead. As long as you expect that, location is great, hot tub is great, view is great. Communal area is next to the checkin/security desk so would be awkward to use, not sure if actually useable (but no reason to either). That being said, still great value considering the area and the main items you're getting, but they can improve the experience (at least for this room) a lot with minimal effort if they wanted.
