    The rooms are great. Spacious and aesthetic. The surroundings are even more beautiful. BUT, the management and facilities were disappointing. Without your own transportation, you will be stuck. No scooter rental service available anywhere in the area and no laundry service at the hotel. And without transport, it is impossible to get around. The customer service was no help at all. We were also overcharged 2000 TBH by the hotel for a 40 minute taxi drive from the hotel to Nam Tok Station. Our trip to Kanchanaburi was sadly ruined. There should be warnings about the location and lack of facilities at this hotel! We had no choice but to remain at the hotel for the entirety of our stay.

    The door have a gap where insect can come in anytime during ur stay, worst uts large enough for big insect to come in. (At least for my room)

    Beautifully decorated wooden themed room on a raft. Amenities in the room is plentiful for a comfortable stay. There's a microwave available for use but open fire cooking is not allowed. There's no room service but there's a restaurant just besides the property for takeaway orders.
