    This hotel is greatly recommended especially for young travelers who loves slight walking going to the nearest public transport station. Hotel staff are nice and the room we had is clean and spacious. 👍👍

    Dear Cacha Hotel team, Thank you so much for making my days in Bangkok, especially in Ratchathewi, so wonderful. I’m truly grateful for everything during my stay here. The service was amazing, and my room was comfortable, cool, clean, and honestly such great value for the price. Everyone on the staff was always so kind and helpful. I especially appreciated having security at night, and even the little things, like allowing delivery riders to leave my food safely at the hotel while I was still out exploring Bangkok. And when the dryer didn’t work properly, you guys refunded the money for me right away. It might seem like a small thing, but moments like this made me appreciate Thai people even more. 🥹 Actually, throughout my whole trip, I’ve felt this kindness everywhere. The hotel staff, Grab drivers and riders, and even people I met along the way were always so kind and welcoming. It feels like everyone here genuinely knows how to make visitors feel comfortable and welcome. You can really feel how people come together to make Thailand such a beautiful place to travel. 🇹🇭 I’m leaving Bangkok tomorrow, and I already know I’m going to miss this city so much. I’ll miss Ratchathewi, my little room at Cacha, and all of you here. Thank you for being part of such a lovely memory of my time in Bangkok. 🤍 Please take good care of yourselves and stay healthy.     The hotel has an artistic, industrial design to it which is nice. The shower pressure and heat was also great and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the AC was leaking in my room and the room was too dark for my liking. I also didn’t feel that the price was commensurate with a windowless room (there is a small window that is basically non functional because it faces the hallway).

    First off - there is absolutely no drop off point nor pick up up for taxis . Meaning your taxi will drop you off either on the other side of the road or on another street . I had 3 suitecases as this was my final stop in Asia and I was solo . It was absolutely terrible trying to roll everything to the hotel and the struggle to open the door and get the suitecase in meanwhile the staff just looked at me from the front desk and wouldn’t even get up to help until I was already inside . I have invisible physical disabilities and this really wrecked me for the reminder of my trip . You even have to bring the suitecases up 5 steps before reaching the elevator . The beds have springs in them and are horrid to sleep on . There was a light switch and outlet right behind the pillow so I kept switching the light on by mistake and waking myself up . ( not to mention it’s a hazard) . The room had an unpleasant smell like sewage . The sound from the street is very strong as others mentioned but I listen to white noise when I sleep so it didn’t bother me too much . Unfortunately the TV still wasn’t working ( looks like it’s been a while after reviewing other comments ) so I couldn’t play my white noise on the TV. I lasted 1 day out of the 5 I booked . The guy who worked at night was friendly enough .
