    I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, during which there was no water supply in the bathroom for an entire day. Despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel staff, the issue was only resolved late at night. The lack of a basic essential service for such an extended period significantly affected my stay. More importantly, despite the inconvenience caused and repeated requests for assistance, the hotel did not provide any compensation, refund, or goodwill gesture. While technical issues can occur, the response and resolution time in this case were not satisfactory. The management should have addressed the issue more promptly and provided appropriate compensation for the disruption to the guest's stay. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and does not meet the standard of service I would expect from a hotel.

    While traveling alone, this hotel made me feel comfy and welcomed. Location are perfect, shop just around the corner, rooms are nice and clean, and it gives some effect for sure, staff is always helpful. They got jakuzzi inside the facility for some extra payment

    We enjoyed this naughty semi mid-evil themed hotel in the heart of Central Pattaya. Room was nice and comfortable, the accessories were a funny proof of authenticity. Staff were friendly and helpful and thre price was very reasonable. We will definitely come again!

    I paid for #1 rpaid for #2 guest with breakfast . I had friend meet me at hotel. They said I had to pay a joiner fee 100 bhat. I told the staff I did pay for breakfast. One room #2 people. She pointed to the sign and said you have to pay a joiner fee. I said it's not on the website. Once again I said, I paid for room with two people. Two breakfasts. Again? She said you have to pay the joint fee, which I paid. It's not the money! Nobody likes additional costs in any transactions that are not disclosed. Therefore I cannot give a good review.
