    if you are in bangkok not only 3 days - the place to be! what i like the best is the pool, hardly used in the mornings and late evenings - a quiet & peaceful environment to relax from the busy city with great views. you find privacy thanks to a very respectful staff. they also try to support the environment in offering free beverages, if you choose not to have your sheets changed every day!

    Hotel is good but i have a mix feeling ⁿwt hotel design and location far from chinabtown 18mins walk. Upon arrival no lobby no bellboy greet you. We have 3 luggage 2 carry. Hotel: Received massage spa coupon but we check out early. We didnt go. Check in- when we arrived no Lobby you have to take lift go to level 12. At level 12 are hotel lobby check in and on the right side is pool and can see city view from glass wall. To go hotel room need to go next building lift is not the same when we arrive. Staff- good and can speak english and try to do the best. Room - spacious and clean. Big bathroom and big bedroom room seems like new renovated and complete wt F&B . Long table and big mirror. Aircond good and one fridge. But our twin bed feel hard and and not soft average. Pillow and bed are clean just that our room smell wierd maybe smell like cigars and very strong. Sadly our room only small square window facing to car basement parking. Bath gel & syampoo good quality smell like lemon grass and fresh. Very nice smell.. Shower and towel also good. Location- far from china town you have to walk 20min im not happy thats why we stay 1 night. Train station - walk 15min if you love walking but due to raining season we both wet otw back 2hotel at night i feel its far in the end china town.

    For the fact that the front entrance was not step free and had no ramp, just stairs. I had a huge suitcase and I asked several people and no one helped me carry my case up the stairs at the front of the building. I will not stay here again. I felt stranded.
