Great location in the back bay / Fenway area with good restaurants at walking distance and a whole foods supermarket and CVS pharmacy around the corner. The apartment is well secured with keycode entry and very quiet with excellent soundproofing and only 2 apartments on each floor. Kitchen is well maintained and has an induction stove, oven, microwave, full sized fridge and cooking equipment. Laundry has commercial size washer and dryer. Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hairdryer. There is a cleaner that comes every 3 days to change the towels and throw out the trash.

We didn’t use the dishwasher as no pods were provided despite messaging the property about this on our first day . Laundry detergent near the laundry was empty. Bedsheet was stained and never changed through our 16 day stay. Would have liked more plates, pans and cutlery provided. No cleaning cloths to wipe down the kitchen area and table tops and a towel to dry the dishes. Front door is really tight and needs a really firm push to open it which may be a problem for some people.

It was a nice apt. clean. not super quiet above you. loud dropping sounds and cleaning crew very noisy.

10 emails before checkin trying to upsell me an extra night. so much information in the pre-check in. Was very annoying. All I really need to know are check in instructions and parking. There was no info about parking. Just way too many emails about this one stay prior to checkin. very annoying for busy people

This studio apartment was comfortable and very clean, great for a short stay in Boston. The location is outstanding, on a quiet street and in easy walking distance to the Fine Arts and Gardener museums, the Boston Pops, and Fenway Park.

An overabundance of emails and messages from the hosts all failed to include the apartment number. When we arrived we had to find our apartment by trial and error. The stovetop was locked and we found no instructions about how to use it.

The location

The room is toooo small and the at which it is being charged is outrageously high . The price does not reflect the room. The sitting area being displayed in the picture to is not what you find in your room. Your room only has a bed, television ,microwave and cooker in same small size room. I think it is overly priced and will not recommend for any business. It is fit for student use.
