Awesome location (though a bit too busy right outside property - too many parked cars) Fairly easy to meet contact / host rep and collect keys. Unit was clean, with daily room service. view into courtyard/pool area from room was great. Pleasant experience overall. A few minor improvements would make it excellent. Feedback provided in "What didn't you like" section is to help host/unit owner, and meant to be constructive.

Not having a named contact person / host rep. The person I communicated with on whatsApp didn't seem to be the person I met at the property. Bathroom door swung either way, with big gaps under and around the door, and taking a shower spilled pools of water outside of the shower stall onto the floor / everywhere, requiring constant cleanup. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries/hang clothing before taking a show Unit advertised as a Deluxe Studio but unclear how/why it was Deluxe. Appeared be be a normal/standard Studio Unit. Very Tiny TV. Setup could use a bit of improvement (exposed wires, etc). Improving this might help "Deluxe" claim/branding of unit. No furniture for sitting on balcony. Also, the checkout process was unclear. Was told a contact/representative would be at the property / front desk for my early checkout at ~ 6:00 AM, but there was no one there when I checked - only the regular security guards, who were not entirely sure of the checkout process.

Plenty of lovely amenities and location is close to the airport

The staff weren’t super friendly and were not great at giving full directions (ex: I was in a hurry to leave for the airport and I took my keys to the front desk to check out and was told I need to leave my key in the door. Instead of offering to return it for me I had to run across the entire place back to my room just to leave the key in the door). WiFi was also unavailable for part of my stay.
