    Я забронювала Делюкс кімнату з балконом. Зручна локація біля аеропорту. Але вид на дорогу і дуже шумно. Мені запропонували номер з брудною постільною білизною на якій хтось вже спав. Я попросила замінити постіль, дівчина на ресепшені не знала як вирішити питання. Хоча я просто попросила чисту білизну і сказала що можу замінити її самостійно якщо хаускіпера зараз немає, але спати на брудній я не можу. . В ітозі прийшов менеджер, попросив мене переїхати в інший номер що теж було незручно, але я була втомлена з дороги. По ітогу процес заселення замість 5 хвилин зайняв годину моїх нервів. Чиста постільна білизна це базова опція в готелі і має бути за замовчуванням. І ліжко це місце для відновлення. Це не враховуючи інші проблеми такі як смердюча каналізація, жахливий запах в туалеті , чуже волосся на підлозі і пліснява на стінах. Я не хотіла писати поганий відгук, але при виселенні о 12.40 , з мене намагалися стягнути додаткову плату за пізній чекаут 50.000 донг за 40 хвилин. Це замість вибачення коли вкрали годину мого часу при заселенні і готель має багато проблем з гігієною . В цьому бюджеті існують набагато кращі пропозиції готелів. Оберіть для свого відпочинку щось інше окрім цього!
