Lokalizacja, czysto, pełne wyposażenie, kontakt bo szybko można rozwiązać jakiś problem. I oczywiście wielki plus za parking.
Ogólnie trochę widać że mieszkanie już było parę razy wynajęte. Widać to po meblach, czy głupiej spłuczce w toalecie co się zacina 😅 Ogólnie ok, tylko że rzucają się w oko takie szczegóły 🙂

Na duży plus zasługuje osobne wejście, ogródek ze stolikiem i krzesełkami, osiedle zamknięte, aneks kuchenny, dwa łóżka, dobra lokalizacja, blisko supermarket, restauracja, stacja paliw, stacja SKM, bardzo miła obsługa. Polecam

Overall comfortable and nice, easy to access, dishwasher, flat is generally tidy, does not "smell". Good price, garden where you can have private BBQ.
Tv is rubbish. Shower cloggs, after few minutes you stand in a puddle, pretty disgusting. Sink in the bathroom smells of sewers while in use. Big bed is damaged on one side. Broken wardrobe door, almost fell on me first time.
