Please emploee staff who speak English and turkish .
Also train your staff to learn about train, airport direction or some general information about parks. Mc donald ...etc
Your staff they don't know where is Mc donald. Any location if you. Ask all they can tell you is get a taxi.
Your staff are busy with social media (.Facebook n instagra. ).all the time . Ask them to learn the city map please .
Very unprofessional they don't know where is mc donald or train station is .

مواقفه جيدة، موقعه ممتاز، تم عمل ترقية مجانية فورية لحجزي يشمل مسبح وساونا ونادي رياضي وخدمات اخرى. بعض المشاكل والسلبيات تضمنت أن المكيف المركزي يصدر صوت عالي جداً. وكذلك السرير صوته غير معقول. وكذلك كرسي الطفل الذي احضروه كان يحتاج تجهيز اكثر من حيث سماكة القماش تحت الطفل. كذلك يوجد تنقيط ماء من الشاور

I stayed at MOX Hotel Sapanca recently and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing.
When I first arrived, there was no one available to help with my luggage — not at check-in, and surprisingly, not even when I was leaving. For a hotel in this price range, I expected at least basic assistance with bags or some welcoming presence, but it felt completely unattended.
Then came issues with the room. The first room I was given had problems (which I reported right away), so they changed my room. However, the second room also had issues — it was clear that maintenance and room checks were not properly handled before guests arrived. Having to move rooms and still face problems really affected my stay.
While some staff members were polite, the overall service was inconsistent and unorganized. I had hoped for a relaxing and smooth experience in Sapanca, but this visit was stressful and disappointing.
I truly hope the management takes these comments seriously — improving room maintenance, guest assistance, and staff availability would make a big difference. Until then, I personally wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on my experience.
