    Ok property not great. They overbooked me even though i paid in advance fully and cancelled my booking 2 hours before check in during Eid time!. It was very stressful and unfair

    We went with family reached at 3 pm. but the saudi women on reception said that check will happen at 4 pm only. Althugh the room was available. Said if you want to check in now it will cost additional money. We decided to wait for one hour. We checked in and she asked the person to show the room when i came down to to confirm. she left saying the duty tming of 4 pm is over for her. Allthough i and the support staff rquested to take iqama and finish the formalities but she said bad words to me and staff and left in a hurry. The next person who was to come in at shift came at 4.55 pm and just said a sorry. NOW SHOULD WE CLAIM FOR WAITING 55 MINUTES all though coming on time. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF RECEIPTION
