The Egyptian receptionist provided me with a room that did not match the one shown in the picture or as advertised. He insisted that he could not give me the room I booked, even though I had already paid for it. Instead, he assigned me to ***, where the air conditioning was not cooling the room, and there were no towels, tissues, or any other basic amenities. I requested these items, and he promised to deliver them, but they never arrived. I was extremely disappointed! I originally planned to stay for a week; however, I checked out the following morning.

The staffs are good, but basic facilities are almost zero. There won't be towel,soap, tissue, even water. When we ask most things are unavailable
