    I cannot recommend Monaco enough! ❤️ Our three-day stay was truly amazing, and what made it even more special was the exceptional hospitality and service we received from the entire team. On our first night, we didn’t even know there would be a live band performing! We decided to check it out and had the pleasure of listening to Louise, who performed beautifully. It was such a lovely surprise! The only thing we wouldn’t recommend was the calamares, which we’d honestly rate 1–2/10. 😅 But aside from that, everything was wonderful! What really stood out was the staff. From the receptionists to the rest of the hotel team, everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional, and always smiling. Every request was handled promptly, and they consistently went above and beyond our expectations. A special shoutout to Drex! We simply asked where a particular area was located, and instead of just giving us directions, he kindly offered to give us a tour around the hotel! It’s those thoughtful gestures that make a stay truly memorable. The facilities were fantastic, too! During our three-day stay, we practically had the swimming pool and gym all to ourselves. It felt like having our own private resort! The breakfast buffet was also delicious and made our mornings even better. But what truly made me appreciate Monaco was something that happened on our last day. Unfortunately, I suddenly became very ill and experienced severe stomach pain. At around 6 AM, the hotel staff immediately came to our room with a wheelchair to assist me. They even transported us to Manila East Hospital using their hotel van and waited there while I received medical attention. They also gave us their contact number and assured us that we could reach out if we needed anything. I honestly cannot express how grateful I am for their kindness and genuine concern. They didn’t just treat us like hotel guests; they made us feel genuinely cared for, especially during an unexpected medical emergency. To the entire Monaco team, THANK YOU SO MUCH! ❤️ Your professionalism, hospitality, and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference. What could have been a stressful ending to our vacation became a reminder of how wonderful and compassionate people can be. Despite what happened on our last day, we left with so much appreciation for this place. We will definitely come back and recommend Monaco to our family and friends!
