    The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold 😍.

    A few steps from the beach front walking distance to all restos. Rooms are clean and spacious. There's a common area in every floor with chairs and tables for guest to hang out. They also have generators so need to worry about brownouts❤️❤️ You need to ask for the wifi password (Slow to no wifi signal inside the rooms for us) Shared water heater in the bldg so If you want Hot water better take a bath when almost every other guests are out 😅 Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. They helped us with tour guides for booking both for land and island activities... And also in booking our ferry ride back to Batangas port hassle free!

    Booked this place for my group of 6 so we could all be together. I later realized the $240 nightly price we paid was way too much for what this place is. I found home rentals in Puerta Galera for about half as much. However I was stuck due to the non-refundable policy. I tried to contact the front desk with a few questions via their email but they’re completely unresponsive to any inquiries. The place advertises seaside view but only view is buildings and alleys next door. Staff isn’t friendly except the younger kid and they seem occupied doing other things. Place was not clean and there were whisky bottles and some garbage inside. Also noticed some bad smells. Most windows had gaps and didn’t close fully. No toiletries like shampoo or soap are included. AC worked well in bedrooms but AC in dining area was not functional. WiFi was pretty much useless and hardly worked. Shower had very little flow in one bathroom with electrical wire coming out wall near shower head and had to use tabot in other bathroom. Place is very rough around edges and could use a lot of work and better management. Good thing is beach is a 1 min walk away.
