    On-line booking got messed up (Double booking). Parking is not enough. Breakfast place and food is not good. Noise in the hallway and other rooms can be heard

    The hotel.exceeded my expectations, as most hotels in the Valencia area are run down hotels wearing a façade. But this hotel has high quality furnishings and amazing catering plus an ambience in the most beautiful setting. 10/10 excellent

    The staff were polite and thoughtful, and breakfast was okay, but the room itself was a major disappointment. The hotel’s advertised square footage is misleading. The “115 m² / 1238 ft²” room was nowhere near that size, not even half. I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, and this is the worst I’ve experienced in terms of false room size. Our room was never cleaned during the 3‑night stay, and no toiletries were provided. The first room was tight, the hot water heater didn’t work, and maintenance became irritated when we asked for help again. The bed was uncomfortable and much smaller than a true king. We requested a larger room, but the second room was still far smaller than advertised. For the price, the hotel overcharged and underdelivered. Kind staff, but the misleading room size, poor maintenance, and lack of basic service make this a stay I cannot recommend.
