Poor staff service and lack of attentiveness. During check-in, the staff did not provide information about the Wi-Fi connection or password. My room was located on the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator available. I also tried calling the front desk, but it could not be reached.
The breakfast had only three choices with very small portions. There was no staff attending to take orders, while the staff and OJTs were just sitting and chatting. No one was assisting customers, and I had to go to the reception myself just to ask who could help me. It also took several minutes to prepare the food even though breakfast orders were pre-ordered the night before.
The staff clearly need better training in customer service and attentiveness. On a positive note, the room itself was large and clean.
