We’re a group of 5 friends. Booked a room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Room is very spacious and so the bathroom. The aircon, however, is unable to keep up. It might be too small for the room or not yet cleaned for a long time. It’s quite hot inside. Electricity will only run upon putting the door key. So if you’ll be going outside, you won’t be able to cool the room while you’re away. Laundry is 3 blocks away, ₱190/8kgs clothes. They have parking spaces in front and inside the building. They offer breakfast for a fee but we didn’t avail it. We ate outside instead. It’s 15mins or less going to the airport. You can walk to night market (~10mins) every Fri-Sun night. The check-in process concerned me a little due to possible data privacy breach. They ask for the ids of all guests, not just leading guest, and take pictures of it and send it to their unsecured system like messenger. I declined and only allowed them to take a picture of picture with names, I covered the other sensitive details (e.g. address, dob, id #s, etc) in the ids. This check-in process took longer than expected and it’s quite a hassle especially we’re very tired and just came from Surigao del Sur via car. Location-wise and affordability-wise, this is a good property. Need improvement in the AC and check-in process though.

I highly recommend this place! The staff was so accommodating, they will assist you even early in the morning. Also, the place was so secured and you can feel at peace during your stay. I will definitely book again to this hotel if I will go back again in Butuan.🫶😊
