had a lot of issues with our stay in this place. pls find ur self a better place to stay at! 1. back in may when i was booking their place thru agoda app, i noticed in their profile that the check in time is weird as it says "12:12 MN". so i called their number and a staff confirmed it was incorrect and should have been 2 PM, and that they would correct it immediately. okay, no biggie for me. i ended up booking their place. 2. we paid for an AC room thru agoda app (3 nights), but when we arrived there, they told us that what we booked online was wrong and it was not an AC room. they explained that they're not sure what exactly happened but they sworn they would correct it as soon as possible. we got upset ofc, so i demanded correction of the matter as soon as possible and stood my ground that we really wanted an AC room. a male staff called a female staff and let her spoke w me. she explained the same thing, bit offered me a resolution. she said if it would be okay with us, we can take the regular room for now and then at 12NN once someone checks out of the AC room, we will transfer there with no extra charges. okay, we agreed with that. i mean what other choices did we have? we just wanted to take a rest. 3. the moment we were abt to settle down in the regular room, a male staff knocked on our door. he was sent by the female staff i spoke with. he asked us if we would be willing to stay instead in an AC room for 3 pax with add'l ***. told him they just offered us to upgrade our room at 12NN that day w no extra charge and he said yes but it was for 2 pax only and the room they were offering was that time was for 3. OKAY MY PARTNER AND I JUST WANTED TO HAVE A CONFORTABLE STAY SO WE PAID THAT 800 AND TRANSFERRED TO THAT AC ROOM. 4. poor water supply!!! the first time it was cut off was just okay. but when my partner went to the reception to ask abt it, they did something on their end to turn it on! they said they just fixed the water pressure and should be good to go from that time. but it happened all over again and it appears they decide when they will turn it off and on LOL. we would understand if the supply has schedules but them not letting their guests know what exactly is happening and would act okay and innocent as if they were not turning it on whenever we would report it to them is ABSOLUTE BS. i blame myself for choosing this place, but i also want to help u guys to know these things first before booking them. book them at ur own risk!

They have the best scenery of the lagoon. The night view was amazing as well. The room was nice and cozy. It was good. The issue was when we booked the family cabana, we didn't know it was right beside the reception/resto bar area. The water pump system was also right at the back of our room. It kept on making noises all throughout the day and night which made it very hard to sleep. They also removed on of the ceiling fan on the second floor so it was quiet hot. They have other rooms with AC, so I suggest booking that instead. The view was worth it overall. Just prepare your legs for the long stairs.

Near the port, good view of the blue lagoon, a bit difficult to access due to stairs, the room smelled like paint that even the water coming out of the shower and faucet was nauseating, there was a cockroach in the CR, the staff were helpful and nice
