Had a wonderful stay! The beachfront location was amazing, and the beach was just steps away. The room was also beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable—definitely bigger than we expected! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth the money and would love to stay here again! 🌊🤍

Our check-in experience was disappointing. We booked two rooms for August 7–10, 2026, with a scheduled check-in time of 2:00 PM. We arrived early and were advised to wait until 2:00 PM, which we understood. However, upon returning at 2:00 PM, there was no receptionist available, and we were asked to wait again without being properly accommodated or even offered a seat. The first room was only handed over around 2:20 PM, while the second room was not available until almost 3:15 PM. Considering that we had senior family members with us, the lack of assistance, communication, and proper customer service was very disappointing. We hope management can improve the check-in process, staff attentiveness, and the way guests—especially senior guests—are treated. The other hotel staff were much more accommodating and helpful compared to the reception team.
